Stainless Steel 316Ti Angle is a type of titanium-stabilized 316 stainless steel, with the chemical composition of 16–18% chromium, 10–14% nickel, 2–3% molybdenum, and incorporated titanium (at least five times the amount of carbon) to check carbide precipitation during the welding process. It provides tensile strength of approximately 515 MPa, yield strength of 205 MPa, and elongation of around 30–40%. The titanium addition strengthens its resistance to intergranular corrosion and suitability for high temperature, showing strength and structural stability in heat-consuming environments.
