Stainless Steel Channels are generally manufactured using grades like SS 304, 304L, 316, and 316L. They have chromium (18–20%), nickel (8–14%), and minor levels of carbon, manganese, and molybdenum (in 316). They have very good tensile strength (about 515–620 MPa), yield strength (about 205–310 MPa), and elongation (40–50%). The channels have excellent resistance to oxidation, pitting, and stress corrosion cracking. Usable in U and C profiles, they are produced to ASTM A276 and A484 standards, which guarantee structural integrity and long-term performance under challenging conditions.
