**Stainless Steel 321 Channel** is a titanium-stabilized austenitic stainless steel having around 17–19% chromium, 9–12% nickel, and traces of titanium (at least five times the carbon). This stabilization inhibits carbide precipitation on welding and enhances intergranular corrosion resistance. It provides tensile strength of approximately 515 MPa, yield strength of 205 MPa, and elongation of approximately 35%. It has good creep strength and thermal stability and is thus capable of continuous exposure up to 900°C.
