Stainless Steel 310H Channel is a high-carbon version of grade 310 with almost 24–26% chromium, 19–22% nickel, and almost 0.04–0.10% carbon content. Higher carbon increases its high-temperature strength along with creep resistance. It has a tensile strength of approximately 515 MPa, yield strength of 205 MPa, and good ductility and toughness even at elevated temperatures. This alloy is suitable for long service in oxidizing conditions up to 1100°C and possesses good thermal fatigue resistance, oxidation resistance, as well as scaling resistance.
