Stainless Steel 304H Angle is a high-carbon version of SS 304 that has about 18–20% chromium, 8–11% nickel, and 0.04–0.10% carbon. The higher content of carbon enhances tensile and creep strength at high temperature, and it is used for long-term exposure in higher temperatures. It gives tensile strength of about 585 MPa, yield strength of 290 MPa, and excellent endurance and oxidation resistance in thermal stress. SS 304H also has good weldability and corrosion resistance in various environments.
