Stainless Steel 305 Angle is an austenitic alloy of iron, 17–19% chromium, 10.5–13% nickel, and 0.12% max carbon. The high nickel content enhances its resistance to corrosion as well as its deep drawing and forming properties. SS 305 has a tensile strength of approximately 520 MPa and a yield strength of 205 MPa. It does not become magnetic even upon cold working and possesses high ductility, weldability, and surface finish, making it ideal for intricate fabrication and forming.
