Haynes 25 / L605 Foil is a cobalt-chromium-tungsten-nickel alloy containing about 51% cobalt, 20% chromium, 15% tungsten, and 10% nickel. This creates very high oxidation resistance, thermal stability, and mechanical strength at temperatures up to 1095°C. The foil has tensile strength of approximately 960 MPa with good ductility and weldability. Following AMS 5537 and ASTM F90 standards, Varun produces Haynes 25 foils in different thicknesses appropriate for complex high-temperature and corrosive environment applications.
