Nickel Alloy 201 Circles consist of at least 99% nickel with a maximum of 0.02% carbon content, with minor proportions of iron, manganese, and silicon. This alloy offers a yield strength of about 100 MPa and a tensile strength of approximately 320 MPa. The low carbon content avoids embrittlement due to precipitation of intergranular carbides when using at high temperatures or on welding. Nickel 201 has good electrical and thermal conductivity, resistance to neutral salts and caustic alkalis, and excellent formability.
