Inconel 600 Channels consist primarily of nickel (72%), chromium (14-17%), and iron (6-10%), with trace amounts of carbon, manganese, and silicon. The combination offers excellent resistance to oxidation, carburization, and corrosion at high temperatures. They have a mechanically tensile strength of about 585 MPa and a yield strength of about 275 MPa, with good elongation and toughness. These characteristics provide for structural integrity and durability in severe thermal and chemical conditions.
