The Incoloy 800 / 800H / 800HT Channels are made up of nickel (30–35%), chromium (19–23%), and iron (the balance), along with carefully controlled amounts of aluminum, titanium, and carbon. These alloys provide excellent mechanical stability and resist oxidation and carburization in high-temperature settings. The 800H and 800HT variants are specially treated to enhance their creep and rupture resistance. Typical mechanical properties include a tensile strength of about 520 MPa, a yield strength of around 205 MPa, and an elongation of 30%, making these channels highly suitable for long-term performance in challenging operating conditions.
