A combination of austenitic and ferritic stainless steels, usually comprising 25% chromium, 7% nickel, and 3–4% molybdenum, as well as nitrogen, manganese, silicon, and other trace elements, are used to make Super Duplex Steel Coils and Slitting Coils. Superior resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking is guaranteed by this special chemical composition. Tensile strength of 800–1000 MPa, yield strength of 550–750 MPa, and elongation of 15–25% are among their mechanical characteristics. They are perfect for demanding industrial applications because of their high structural integrity, durability, and extended service life.
